About the Role As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with enquiries, technical issues, orders, deliveries, and product-related questions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to sales, after-sales, and product enquiries.
Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers towards effective solutions.
Assist with orders, deliveries, warranty claims, refunds, and replacements.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system in English.
Recommend suitable products and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
Candidate Requirements
Fluent Dutch language skills.
B2 English level.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
