Work Model:
Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation:
€1,045.72 gross/month
(paid over 14-month)
+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package:
flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage
Your Role As a
Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent , you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.
You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
Your Responsibilities
Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
Process and manage orders
Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
What We Are Looking For
Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
