Part-Time Team Lead in Lisbon, Portugal
We are currently looking for a part-time Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal.
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective performance.
This is an urgent position, so we are seeking someone who can start immediately.
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the team
Provide guidance and support to team members
Set goals and expectations for individual team members
Monitor team performance and provide feedback
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to company standards
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
Keep track of employee schedules and ensure coverage for all shifts Requirements 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven track record of successfully managing a team or project Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer service or sales environment
Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Salary
This is a part-time position paying $1400 per month.
