Part-Time Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Accountant to join our team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field of accounting while also having flexibility in their work schedule.
As a Part-Time Accountant, you will work closely with our full-time accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
This position does not require prior experience, however, strong math and organizational skills are a must.
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial information
Collaborate with full-time accounting team to complete monthly closing processes
Handle vendor payments and invoices in a timely manner
Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or discrepancies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
Strong proficiency in math and organizational skills
Familiarity with accounting software (Quick Books preferred)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task effectively

This position is based in Lisbon.
