We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Braga.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients both remotely and on-site.
This is a perfect opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT field as we offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and providing timely technical support to our clients via phone, email or in person.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
To excel in this role you should have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
