What you will do: As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders in a modern logistics environment. Your tasks may include: Picking and packing various products using a hand scanner, such as electronics, pet food, and other goods Using an EPT to move products when needed Working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse Keeping your workspace organized and following safety instructions No experience needed - full training is provided Basic English skills, A2/B2 level, to communicate safely and effectively in the warehouse Good physical condition: standing, walking, and light lifting throughout the shift Driving licence category B is a plus Candidates must have either a valid work permit or an EU identity document/passport Hourly wage from €16.19 gross, including 8% holiday allowance Shift allowances of 20%, 40% and 50%, depending on working hours Potential earnings of up to €24.28 gross per hour Accommodation in shared two-person rooms Transport to work (car, bike or e-bike) On-site support from our coordinator Help with practical matters, including BSN registration if needed Access to OpenUp, a platform offering mental health and well-being support Trabalho de equipa Gestão de tempo Adaptação 1.
