We are recruiting Operating Theatre Nurses to join one of the largest private healthcare groups in Portugal.
Your professional experience, both in Portugal and internationally, will be recognised and valued when determining your position within the organisation.
Main Responsibilities Provide nursing care to surgical patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Ensure the smooth running of the operating theatre in accordance with departmental standards and protocols.
Maintain patient safety and ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
Complete accurate nursing documentation related to operating theatre activities.
Professional Experience and Career Framework The organisation offers a structured career progression framework with different professional levels, allowing nurses to advance according to their experience, skills and competencies.
The annual salary ranges for each professional category are: Nurse I and II: €24,688 - €34,253 Senior Nurse I and II: €26,402 - €58,203 Expert Nurse I and II: €30,093 - €74,050 Nurse Manager / Deputy
Nurse
Manager: €34,240 - €74,050 Your professional category and salary will be determined following an assessment of your previous experience, qualifications and competencies developed throughout your career.
Employment Conditions and Benefits Full-time employment contract of 40 hours per week.
Meal allowance of €9.20 per working day.
Shift allowance equivalent to 6% of the monthly salary.
Enhanced pay rates of 130% to 150% for qualifying demanding hours and shift work.
