Sales Support Orders Administrator Handle Order-To-Cash transactions in SAP & other systems and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner Sales order processing and fulfilment.

Follow up order delivery schedule, shipping and delivery arrangement Liaison with internal stakeholders, factories, suppliers and customers on sales enquiry, material availability and delivery lead time to drive for excellent customer services level Maintain system data accuracy and conduct various analysis reports for management review Participate in regular customer and supplier review meetings, providing order status updates and ensuring all required reports are delivered accurately and in a timely manner Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any discipline At least 5 years of working experience in Customer Service/Order Processing role Solid SAP (PS4/P41) experience is mandatory, proficiency in MS Excel Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and sense of responsibilities Able to prioritize tasks with minimum supervision and able to act in a timely manner to prevent customer escalations Problem Solving & able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Experience in working with suppliers in Asia is an added advantage Adapt to working in an international environment with multidisciplinary teams Fluent in English, business read & write, French or Mandarin is a plus Immediate available is highly preferred Our most important asset is our People.
