About the Opportunity

As a Junior Order-to-Cash (O2 C) Specialist, you will support financial operations, process customer orders, manage invoicing activities, and contribute to accurate financial reporting in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and related inquiries accurately and on time.
Prepare invoices and credit notes in accordance with company policies.
Apply customer payments and monitor accounts receivable.
Follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding payments.
Assist with account reconciliations and month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
Support customer inquiries and elevate complex disputes when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer information in the ERP system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations.
Good understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Fluent or native-level German, both spoken and written.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to multitask.
