The role
We're looking for a designer who builds.
You'll create tools, experiences and content that show what UX Pilot can do, ship them regularly and share the work publicly.
Lots of freedom on what to make, and a big audience to launch it to.
Design comes first in this role.
You'll be the one setting the bar for how things look, move and feel, and then building them yourself.
What you'll do
Design and build new tools, demos and experiments around UX Pilot Shape how new features launch and look Share your work and process on X, Linked In, Git Hub and the communities you're part of Work directly with the founder.
No layers, fast decisions What we're looking for
A strong designer with real taste in visual design, motion and interaction You build what you design, with Claude Code or similar tools You've shipped things that people actually use You have a public trail: a portfolio, side projects, posts or a lab What you've shipped matters more than your years of experience.
