What you'll do
Own Post
Hog: funnels, activation, retention. Find where customers drop, and why.
Talk to customers every week — onboarding calls, churn calls, feature interviews — and bring back the quotes.
Write the specs. Small, sharp, shippable this week rather than next quarter.
Decide what we build next and defend it with numbers.
Own the product growth loop: signup → first order → repeat.
What we're looking for
You've run a real analytics tool (Post Hog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and can read a funnel without help.
You write clearly. Most of this job is writing.
You like talking to customers, not just reading about them.
You've shipped features that moved a metric — and can say which one, and by how much.
