What We're Looking For Technical Background
Previous experience in IT technical support, ad operations, or tech customer support.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to support the English-speaking market.
Flexibility: Comfortable working full-time (40 hrs/week) on rotating 24/7 schedules (rosters provided 10 days in advance).
