Job Overview
Specialist in digital trust and security (Danish and English) based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We will assist with relocation. Responsibilities
Review user‑generated backoffice information that may contain sensitive or potentially offensive content, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Take swift and appropriate action when information violates guidelines or poses a risk.
Stay updated on internal guidelines to ensure correct implementation.
Identify and analyze patterns to proactively manage potential risks.
Qualifications
Strong ability to justify decisions and provide context with logical reasoning.
Ability to identify behavioral patterns to improve decision‑making.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle shifting priorities and large workloads.
Experience investigating fraud, spam or other inappropriate content is an advantage.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
