What you need to join us
- Degree in Finance or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in securities operations, custody, or financial reconciliation. - Strong knowledge of financial products, corporate actions, and securities/cash reconciliation. - Experience investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks and discrepancies. - Ability to analyse business requirements, improve reconciliation processes, and support junior colleagues. - Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and good written and spoken English.
