Packet Core Engineer – is that you?
- Mobile Packet Core network (5GC/EPC/PS) engineer with 3 years of experience;
- Understanding of Telecom & IT Network Technologies;
- Familiarity with 3GPP documentation and message flows for 3G/4G/5G;
- Knowledge of EPC/PS network architecture and connectivity;
- Knowledge of Packet Core protocols (e. g., S1AP/NAS, DNS, GTP, Diameter, Radius, HTTP);
- Familiarity with Vo LTE solutions;
- Hands-on experience with AMF/MME/SGSN and UPF/S-GW/P-GW/GGSN;
- Understanding of 5G NSA core solutions;
- Knowledge of virtualization concepts and environments (NFV/v EPC, Hypervisor, VMware, Open Stack, VIM);
- Experience in KPI analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting;
- Preferable knowledge in DNS, AAA, and PCRF;
- Preferable knowledge of OSS and tracing tools (e. g., U2000, Net Act, Wireshark); Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering;
- Certifications from Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, or Cisco are a plus;
- Customer-facing experience in Telecom operators;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities;
- Good team player with proactive skills.
