What you need to join us
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Economics, or a related field.
Solid marketing experience, specifically in CRM management and marketing automation.
Proven proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Imagino, or similar tools is highly valued.
Experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, email, SMS, push notifications, assets, approvals, and workflows.
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer and campaign data and produce actionable reports.
Ability to translate business objectives into CRM strategies while managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders.
Fluency in both English and French at C1 level.
