What You'll Do
Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Answer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with your team to ensure high service standards.
What We're Looking For
Dutch: C2 level (mandatory).
English: Advanced level (mandatory).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
Availability to work
100% on-site in Lisbon .
