Drive cost savings and supplier performance in line with Grid Technology’s business goals Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, ensuring performance, compliance, safety and customer satisfaction Promote digitalization, AI-driven procurement efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Develop strategic supplier relationships, implement supplier development programs and optimize supplier performance through scorecards and regular reviews Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, legal, operations and order management, ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, define Business Unit -specific product strategies in line with Siemens Energy Guidelines and collaborate with commodity management to optimize market opportunities and purchasing volumes What You Bring
University degree in supply chain, business or a related field Long-term relevant professional experience in procurement with engineered products or service provision in a project environment; preferably in international sourcing Experience in service or project business and excellent understanding of contract law Advanced analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills, with excellent English language skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and analytical tools, with proven success in digital transformation initiatives Customer-focused, collaborative and self-motivated working style, with attention to detail, flexibility, prioritization, urgency, problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement skills About The Team
