Hotel Sales Manager (Portugal)
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities related to the hotel, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded.
You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Your main responsibilities will include developing sales plans, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research.
You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they are meeting their targets.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.
A proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry is also essential.
Knowledge of revenue management and experience with CRM software would be considered an advantage.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the hotel.
