We are looking for a technical support agent to work on English language support for a leading artificial intelligence platform based in Lisbon.
You will help users resolve account, configuration and performance issues, and you will be part of a team that takes pride in fast and reliable answers.
Your responsibilities include reviewing support tickets, reproducing issues, walking customers through solutions and passing on detailed notes to specialist colleagues when a case needs more help.
You will also flag recurring problems so the product team can act on them.
To succeed in this role you will need English at C1 level or higher, a technical background or prior experience in tech support, and a real interest in artificial intelligence.
Working hours fall between 07:00 and 22:00, and we need people who can begin straight away.
Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
