We are hiring an English speaking outbound sales specialist in Lisbon to represent our services to companies across several markets.
This is a people focused role for someone who is confident on the phone, persuasive without being pushy and motivated by results.
You will research prospects, make outbound calls, follow up on proposals and handle questions from potential clients.
Good note taking and a disciplined approach to pipeline management are essential, and you will receive coaching from experienced managers.
Applicants need English at C1 level or higher and at least one year of business to business or outbound sales experience.
The position works on rotating shifts totalling 40 hours a week and starts on 2 November 2026.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
