We are hiring content moderation specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client.
In this role you will review user-generated content and apply platform policies consistently and fairly.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.
Key responsibilities: Review text, images, audio and video against published platform policies.
Make consistent decisions on content and document the reasons clearly.
Escalate unclear or high-risk cases to the appropriate reviewers.
Follow accuracy and speed targets while looking after your own wellbeing.
Take part in regular calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent.
Requirements
Fluent level in Spanish and English.
Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement:
This is an on-site position based in Lisbon.
Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.
