About The Role We are looking for an English-speaking Outbound Sales Representative in Covilhã to make calls to prospects, present our offers and arrange meetings for the sales team.
Preparation is key, so before each call you will research the company and the contact, then open the conversation in a way that earns their attention.
Your objective is to understand the prospect's situation and secure a meeting with the right colleague.
You will keep every opportunity updated in our CRM and review your activity and results each week with your manager, who will help you sharpen your approach.
Requirements fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
You must have at least one year of professional sales experience, ideally in outbound calling, appointment setting or business development.
You should be resilient, motivated and comfortable working toward daily activity targets.
