We are recruiting an English speaking sales consultant to support business clients in Lisbon through outbound calling and relationship building. The role suits someone who is persistent, curious about customers and comfortable working towards clear sales goals. You will call prospects, understand their needs, match them to the right solutions and keep the relationship warm after the first contact. Accurate recording in our customer relationship management system, honest forecasting and teamwork with colleagues are all part of the job. The requirements are English at C1 level or higher and at least one year of business to business or outbound sales experience. This is a rotating shift position of 40 hours a week, starting on 2 November 2026. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day. Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
