Assistant Store Manager
for a
Sleep Brand in Lisbon
to support the new store at Almada Fórum.
This position will be the store’s primary sales driver, requiring excellent sales and customer service skills.
The assistant manager will also be responsible for participating in training and feedback sessions with the team, as well as supporting the manager in shift planning and the store’s business analysis.
Job Description Your responsibilities:
Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Understand customer preferences and recommend products, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Oversee administrative tasks, inventory management, and shift scheduling.
Implement visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the store manager.
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an assistant manager or senior sales associate in the retail sector.
Strong sales skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into concrete actions that drive results.
Constantly seek improvements in sales processes and visual merchandising.
Fluency in Portuguese and professional-level English.
Requisitos: What we’re looking for:
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Associate in a retail environment.
Strong sales skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

A constant drive to improve sales processes and visual merchandising.
Fluent in Portuguese and professional-level English.
