Pastry Chef at a Luxury Hotel in Braga, Portugal Are you a skilled and creative pastry chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent?
Our luxury hotel in Braga, Portugal is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team and create delectable desserts and pastries for our guests.
As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, breads, and pastries for our hotel's restaurant and events.
You must have a strong understanding of different baking techniques and be able to use your creativity to develop unique and delicious offerings that will impress our guests.
In addition to your baking skills, we are looking for someone who can manage inventory and maintain the kitchen's cleanliness.
You will also be responsible for training and supervising junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
You must have excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred.
