We are looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a team supporting customers of one of the largest international online travel agencies.
Your responsibilities will include: - Providing customer support via inbound and outbound calls and online channels. - Handling routine customer service requests and resolving issues related to products and services. - Providing accurate information and professional assistance to customers.
Requirements: - Portuguese – European or Brazilian Portuguese - Good command of English (B2), both written and spoken. - Previous customer service experience is a plus. - Experience in the travel industry is preferred, e. g. travel agencies, airlines or hotels.
Working conditions: Monday–Sunday, between 08:00 and 03:00, on a rotational shift schedule. 2 rotational days off per week. The last shift, 18:00–03:00, is worked remotely.
Compensation: Base salary: €920 gross/month Performance bonus: up to €110 gross/month
