As an
Operations Customer Expert for a streaming platform, you will support customers with their questions and help resolve issues related to their accounts, billing, and technical matters.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing professional and friendly customer support.
Assisting with account management and billing inquiries.
Helping customers resolve technical issues.
Providing information about the platform's products and services.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: English at B1 level.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Interest in customer service and technology.
Availability to work full-time in rotational 24/7 shifts.
Working conditions: 40 hours per week. 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
Remote work within the territory of Portugal, with occasional visits to Lisbon.
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Approximately 2 weeks of training in English.
What the employer offers: Portuguese employment contract with a foreseeable duration of
12 months .
Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
