Type: Full-time About the Opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic Spanish-speaking candidates, including fresh graduates and entry-level applicants, who are ready to start their careers in customer support in Porto, Portugal.
You will join an international team supporting a leading travel and accommodation platform, assisting customers with enquiries, reservations and service-related issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills and want to develop their careers in an international environment.
No previous professional experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Your Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Your Qualifications Spanish C2, with at least C1 proficiency in written and spoken communication.
English B2.
EU citizenship is mandatory.
High school diploma.
Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
No previous experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
