- We are looking for an
- Unauthorized Trading Controller
Perform conduct and regulatory controls over Sales and Trading activities within the first line of defence.
Analyze financial transactions to identify potential breaches, investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
Strengthen the control framework to mitigate operational risk and fraud.
Maintain reference data covering trading books, portfolios and Trader/Sales mandates.
Collaborate with Business, Conduct, Tax, Legal and Compliance teams to investigate and resolve control issues.
Prepare and present findings in meetings with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Coordinate monthly statistical reporting and monitor KPIs, ensuring their relevance and reliability.
Produce clear analyses and management reports, and respond to ad hoc requests within a global scope.
Identify opportunities to improve control processes and operational efficiency.
Good knowledge of financial markets and Trading activities.
Sound understanding of Middle Office operations and financial transaction processes.
Strong analytical skills and a critical approach to identifying anomalies and potential control breaches.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Ability to develop, adapt and improve processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
A results-driven approach, with rigor and attention to detail.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Based in Portugal, with valid documentation to work and availability to work in Lisbon.
This role offers a gross annual salary defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
Permanent contract (CTI).
