We are looking for a Junior Helpdesk
Main Tasks Provide first-level IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system and basic network issues. Support Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365 applications. Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP and printers. Manage support requests, incidents and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation. Provide remote assistance to users and collaborate with Helpdesk teams in Portugal and Spain.
Main Skills & Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Support. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP and printers. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Technical qualification (Level 4 or 5) in IT, Networks or Systems; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Fluent Portuguese is mandatory, and intermediate Spanish communication skills are essential
to collaborate effectively with teams in Portugal and Spain. English is a plus but not mandatory.

This role offers a gross annual salary between
14.500€ to 20.000€ , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies. Permanent contract (CTI). Health Insurance. Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.
