Identify, attract and manage the pipeline of highly qualified talent, focusing on strategic and specialized positions.
Work closely with Business Managers, ensuring a clear understanding of recruitment needs. Требования:
Experience in Recruitment, preferably in corporate or consulting environments.
Skills in talent attraction strategies and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
Results-oriented.
Proactivity and autonomy in managing roles.
Associate Talent Recruiter - up to 2 years of experience.
Talent Recruiter - between 2 and 4 years of experience.
Senior Talent Recruiter - between 5 and 8 years of experience. Условия:
Associate Talent Recruiter - €1,200 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect.
Talent Recruiter - €1,350-€1,450 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect.
Senior Talent Recruiter - €1,650-€2,000 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect.
