Registered Nurse - Almada, Portugal
As a Registered Nurse in our medical facility located in Almada, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
We are looking for experienced nurses who are passionate about their profession and are eager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities Conducting initial patient assessments and creating individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the physician
Assisting physicians during procedures and examinations
Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Providing emotional support and empathy to patients during their stay at the facility Requirements Must be a registered nurse with valid nursing license in Portugal
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if necessary Visa Sponsorship
