Concierge Assistant
We are in search of a highly motivated and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Almada.
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with making reservations for dining or events.
Handle guest requests such as booking transportation, arranging tours, or recommending restaurants.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area.
Monitor guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for the front desk area.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
