As part of its ongoing business development,
OJP Group
is expanding its Production Department team and is looking to recruit a
Construction Works Preparation Technician .
Perfil
Technical or higher education qualification in
Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture ;
Previous experience in a similar role ( 2 to 5 years );
Proficiency in software tools such as
Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD and BIM ;
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to construction sites;
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Prepare detailed drawings and technical diagrams for construction projects based on guidance from senior technical staff;
Prepare
Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
and assist in the preparation of interim payment applications;
Support budgeting, cost control and verification of completed work quantities;
Update quantity measurements throughout the construction process;
Collaborate with the
Construction Site Manager, Works Preparation Technician and technical team .
