What You'll Do
Provide high-quality support to Slovak-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.
Collaborate with international colleagues to improve the customer experience.
Contribute to internal communication and ongoing service improvements.
What Were Looking For
Native or fluent Slovak speaker with strong communication skills.
A customer-first mindset and solid problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
