We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager fluent in Russian and English to join a fast-growing international team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic affiliate program and make a real impact while working in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
What you will do Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
Identify new potential affiliates, recruit them to the program, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance and drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align campaigns and promotions with company goals.
Provide affiliates with tools, resources, and guidance to optimize their campaigns.
Regularly report on program performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and results.
Who you are Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in affiliate management, digital marketing, or business development is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
