Be our NEXT Calypso Technical / Functional Support!
Minimum 3 years of experience providing L1/L2 technical and functional support for Fixed Income, FX, and Credit products in post‑swap environments.
Strong hands‑on expertise with the Calypso platform, supporting daily analysis, troubleshooting, and functional/technical issue resolution.
Solid understanding of financial processing, including payment processing, announcements, and collateral post‑swap.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle) for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data during investigations and support activities.
Proven experience in incident management, including monitoring, triage, and effective collaboration with L3 teams.
Ability to manage and prioritize a maintenance backlog, ensuring timely progression of fixes and enhancements.
Experience participating in testing and validation of application releases, ensuring accurate and high‑quality deployments.
Interest and/or experience in Continuous Improvement (CI/CD) practices to enhance support processes and system reliability.
Strong adaptability to dynamic, fast‑paced environments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, with clear and professional communication in English (spoken and written).
