This profile will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovering client needs to closing deals. Become part of an international team of creative problem solvers and drive real revenue! Your Domain
Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with a high potential to grow
Actively drive deals, support the team throughout the sales process and develop key leads on your own
Lead calls and workshops (online or on-site) for process mapping and deliver Odoo demos
Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value commercial proposals
Define team targets, optimise sales workflows and participate in strategic outbound initiatives & campaigns
Your Vibe
Master Degree in IT, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in ERP or complex B2B software solution sales, including hands-on management experience
Goal-oriented, hands-on & proactive problem solver driven to achieve team revenue targets
Strong business acumen and deep understanding of enterprise ERP workflows
Fluent in Portuguese and English (at least C1 level). Spanish language as a plus
