The Role
- IT Business Analyst (French Speaker)
- Work
- Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT and banking environments.
Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing , and stakeholder management.
SQL/ANSI SQL , data validation, JIRA/Confluence , Agile , technical & functional documentation.
Nice to have
Banking/finance knowledge. Experience with Oracle/Oracle HCM, MS Dynamics 365, CRM/CLM, COBOL, ETL/Data Warehouse, SAP/Avaloq/Temenos.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business/functional requirements and user stories.
Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
Execute functional/regression testing, data validation, and defect management.
Support banking applications, reporting processes, and Agile project delivery.
