Key Responsibilities

Review reported content, including text, images, and videos, with high levels of accuracy and speed

Handle sensitive information with professional discretion and adhere strictly to data protection policies
Collaborate with international teams to optimize moderation workflows and improve user experience
Maintain high-quality performance metrics in a dynamic, fast-paced social media environment
Provide constructive feedback to enhance automated moderation tools based on real-world content analysis
Requirements
Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Professional working proficiency in English
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for these highly sought-after Finnish-speaking jobs
