Job Overview We are currently recruiting for the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for a Tech Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex telecommunications services and equipment
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a premium service experience at every touchpoint
Educate customers on the latest telecommunications product offerings and digital infrastructure solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our advanced CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical outages or connectivity issues for our clients

Maintain a deep understanding of evolving telecommunications industry trends and service protocols
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
A passion for telecommunications technology and excellent digital literacy
Exceptional communication and active listening skills in a professional business context
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a distinct advantage for these Dutch-speaking jobs
