Job Overview We are currently seeking a talented professional for the Norwegian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, providing expert guidance and resolution.
Maintain high standards of service excellence in the fast-paced customer support services industry.
Troubleshoot technical or account-related inquiries with precision and a professional tone.
Maintain detailed documentation of interactions to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize service delivery workflows for Norwegian markets.

Exceed daily performance targets to maximize your monthly performance bonus potential.
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
