We are a Service Provider and Business solutions company based in Braga Portugal, with an office in the United States.
We provide remote on-demand call services, over 200 languages, dedicated multilingual staff, training platforms, contact center solutions, and more.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day simultaneous interpretation
Mandarin-English .
Understanding and effectively using medical terminology.
Ensuring clear communication between medical professionals and patients.
Full-time remote role for Mandarin Over-the-Phone Medical Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI).
Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work remotely and handle confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
