We’re looking for a
Product Vision / Change Manager
to make sure production plants happen in a controlled, planned, and predictable way.
The focus here isn’t technical implementation. It’s aligning people, planning maintenance windows, assessing operational impact, and bridging plant leadership, operations teams, and technical delivery teams.
Important: availability to work on weekends is required
What you’ll do Own the planning and coordination of infrastructure maintenance and deployment activities
Be the primary interface between plant leadership, operations, and technical delivery
Define and maintain deployment and upgrade roadmaps for production environments
Assess operational impact and risks of infrastructure changes
Coordinate maintenance windows and change execution schedules
Ensure alignment between business needs, plant availability, and technical delivery plans
Drive communication, governance, and stakeholder management throughout the change lifecycle
What are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in Change Management, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Program Management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience coordinating complex infrastructure or platform initiatives
Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, and deployment processes
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities
Full English proficiency
Nice to have Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments
Familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystem technologies
Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, or Service Management practices
Proficiency in German
