Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team!
What will you be doing?
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different projects and international markets.
Identifying and attracting talent through proactive sourcing and creative recruitment strategies.
Conducting interviews, screening candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Working closely with Hiring Managers and Operations to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
Managing recruitment pipelines, monitoring KPIs and ensuring hiring targets are met.
Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns in a dynamic BPO environment.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within BPO or Contact Centre environments.
Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and work under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are highly valued!
