Platform Owner IT Support, ITSM & Service Now Platform (m./f./div.) Full-time The Keenfinity Group delivers professional communication and security solutions that connect and protect people and assets.

Own IT Support services, ITSM processes and the Service Now platform to drive standardized, efficient and scalable service delivery.
Own and govern the global IT Service Desk, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Own Service Now Product & Platform to drive the roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform.
When needed perform minor Service Now admin/configuration activities.
Manage and improve ITIL-based ITSM processes to match the context of the company needs with focus on business benefits.
Translate business requirements into solutions by collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective service management capabilities and Service Now solutions.
Manage and govern an offshore supplier and development team, via SLAs, KPIs, roadmap and service reviews and secure continuous improvement initiatives.
