Nurse in Lisbon, Portugal
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Lisbon, Portugal.
As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supporting the overall well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition
Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Requirements Valid nursing license or degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
