- Head Chef Details
The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen operations of our high-end restaurant in Funchal, Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creativity, as well as strong leadership skills to lead our team of chefs and kitchen staff.
They must have extensive knowledge of Portuguese cuisine and be able to create innovative menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining establishment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
A competitive salary of 1400$ per month is offered for this full-time position.
