Develop category strategies focused on cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and sourcing optimization. Manage strategic suppliers, lead negotiations, and establish long-term agreements. Ensure the timely availability of critical components for space programs. Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Program Management teams. Monitor supplier performance and implement risk mitigation plans. Support and guide Commodity Specialists and contribute to internal governance. You'll be a great match if you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 5-8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in aerospace, defence, or high-tech industries. Strong knowledge of direct procurement, supplier management, and complex negotiations. Familiarity with industrial supply chains, space systems, and export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
